Geotechnical Business Unit Leader & Palm Beach Site Manager
Andrew provides supervision and operational support for pile inspections, helical pier inspections, fireproofing inspections, load tests, and monitoring specialty ground improvement techniques (such as vibro-compaction, vibro-replacement and dynamic compaction). Being the Geotechnical Business Head, Andrew prepares and reviews geotechnical and materials engineering inspection reports, coordinates and supervises engineering staff and drilling personnel, and conducts foundation observations, foundation design reviews and geotechnical instrumentation monitoring. He has represented RADISE on a number of projects under SFWMD and USACE around Palm Beach County, Okeechobee County and Broward County.
In his 13+ years of experience, he has effectively led other engineers who have completed 1,000+ Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments for a variety of sites. His experience spans across various infrastructure verticals like brownfields, HUD, power transmission, dry cleaners, gas stations, nurseries, landfills, ports, etc.
Andrew is affiliated to Florida Engineering Society, National Society of Professional Engineers and, American Society of Civil Engineers. He has earned a number of certifications like Professional Engineer, Florida and, Qualified Stormwater Management Inspector etc.
Now an alumnus of Florida Engineering Leadership Institute, Andrew completed his BS in Ocean Engineering from Florida Atlantic University. In his spare time, you can find him fishing, if not trying his shots at the golf course.
